1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NutriTag Pro website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

NutriTag Pro provides a platform for managing products, generating nutritional data, designing compliant food labels, and printing stickers. The platform includes AI-assisted features that draft ingredients and nutritional facts as a starting point for your review.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Monthly plans auto-renew every 30 days until cancelled.
• Yearly plans are prepaid for 12 months (includes 2 months free compared to monthly billing).
• All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be honoured at the current rate until renewal.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
• Monthly plans: No refunds for partial periods. Service continues until the current billing period ends.
• Yearly plans: Refunds for unused months are at our discretion. Contact support to discuss.
• After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account.

6. Data Ownership

You own all product data, recipes, ingredients, label designs, and any other content you create on NutriTag Pro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or request a copy of your data at any time by contacting support.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated nutritional data, ingredient lists, and allergen information are provided as a starting point only. NutriTag Pro is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated label information produced by AI. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring compliance with FSSAI, FDA, and all applicable local regulations before printing and distributing labels.

8. Acceptable Use

• One store per subscription. Additional stores require separate subscriptions.
• Do not share login credentials between individuals. Use the multi-user feature to add team members with appropriate roles.
• The platform is intended for food product labelling only. Do not use it for non-food products or illegal purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs.

9. Intellectual Property

The NutriTag Pro service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of NutriTag Pro. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NutriTag Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform with at least 14 days advance notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
