• OpenAI: For AI-assisted nutrition data generation. When you use the AI feature, your product name and category are sent to OpenAI's API to generate ingredient and nutritional draft data.

• Cloudflare: For hosting, CDN, DNS, and privacy-friendly web analytics.

We do not sell your data to any third parties.

6. Data Isolation

Each store on NutriTag Pro has its own separate, isolated database. Your product data, recipes, ingredients, and label designs are never shared with or accessible by other stores. The platform runs on dedicated infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

Your product data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently removed. Backups are retained for up to 30 days after deletion for disaster recovery purposes, after which they are permanently purged.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel who require it to operate the service.

9. Your Rights (DPDP Act, India)
